Performance and Features
1. The structure of this product is unique. The working fluid has excellent stability, does not stick to the rollers, and does not float oil.
2. It has good permeability, enabling silicone oil to penetrate into the interior of the fibers. It has a particularly good softening effect on thick fabrics.
3. It has good chemical stability, withstanding shear force and being resistant to acids and alkalis (pH = 3 - 10).
4. The yellowing is low. The treated fabric has a good hand feel both in dry and wet conditions. 

Scope of Application
Suitable for smooth finishing of synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics such as polyester and acrylic. It has a good hand feel on feather yarns, coral fleece, and polyester blankets. 

Usage Method
 IOTA 2104 is a high-oil-content crude oil. It needs to be emulsified and diluted before use.

Production steps:
1. Add 2104, 1007 and acetic acid to the emulsification tank. Start the stirring and let the materials fully mix for about 15 minutes.
2. During the stirring process, add deionized water in four steps, with an interval of 30 minutes each time.
3. After the materials are thoroughly mixed, filter out the product.
Formula 1 focuses on the feel;
Formula 2 focuses on stability.

1. This product should be stored in a cool and dark place.
2. This product is packaged in 110 kilograms per barrel, or as per customer requirements.
